About Us
We are always interested in acquiring established internet and software companies with a foothold globally, but particularly within Europe and in Belgium.
Our preference goes out to profitable companies with an EBITDA of at least 100.000 EUR annually, up to approx. 1-1.5M EUR. Operating within niches is what we are good at.
Aside from this, we also make direct investments in promising companies or take equity stakes in existing companies where the entrepreneur wants to cash out part of their equity stake to diversify his or her assets.
We're a pragmatic, patient partner that likes to be part of an ambitious entrepreneurial project.
